Knowledge in human cognition
From ResearchID.org
The ability of human intelligent agents to generate knowledge databases (whether hand written or computerized) effectively increases our abilities of extremely high order predictive behavior by way of allowing us to construct artificial tools that in turn further increase our imagination, knowledge, foresight, understanding, and wisdom. It is the proposal of this paper that volition is the key to generating these vast knowledge databases.
Also see Cooperative dimensions of intelligence for more on how our collective technological know-how helps our individual intelligence to appear greater than it really is.
